Weddings/Ceremony
Sarasota/Tampa
Bay Area Ordained Minister for weddings of contemporary
spirituality and Celtic/Renaissance tradition.
It
is a joyous honor to create a wedding ceremony that is a true
reflection of the values and traditions of the bride and groom.
As an ordained minister through Universal Brotherhood, Inc.,
Rev. Jacquie has had that privilege since 1995. Weather it
be nuptials of contemporary spirituality, family traditions
or a Celtic/Renaissance theme, couples have been overwhelmingly
pleased with their wedding ceremony. Here are some comments:
Rob
and Jackie Satori wedding of 4/29/07 - "Our guests had
so many wonderful comments regarding the elegant and inspired
ceremony by our officiant, Rev..Jacquie Riker. She helped
us to create a ceremony that expressed our feelings perfectly.
We would avidly recommend her services."
Liza
and Jerry Sullivan's Celtic/Renaissance wedding of 10/1/06
- " We loved our wedding day for so many reasons, the Irish
harpist, the beautiful flowers, the family and friends, but
the the best part was having Rev. Jacquie as our officiant.
She made our ceremony exactly as we'd hoped it would be! Rev.
Jacquie brought in all the natural elements we wanted to have
in our special day and added with her own special touch the
most beautiful sacred words of love, hope and inspiration
we had ever heard! Everyone said it was the most beautiful
and romantic wedding they had ever been to, and it's because
Rev. Jacquie made us all feel so warm and special, Thanks
again, we think you're great! " All the best! Mrs. Liza Sullivan.
Jennifer and Brandon 2/22/07 Celtic Wedding - "We did
indeed have a wonderful time and have been reliving the magic
of the evening ever since. I think I can safely speak for
Jenn and Brandon when I say that everything was just as they
had hoped it would be - and then some. I heard many comments
about the beautiful ceremony and how meaningful it was and
we all thank you very sincerely for making it so special."
Madeleine Longfield-smith Mother of the bride, Jennifer Longfield-Smith.
Ceremony
and ritual are powerful tools for personal healing, creating
spiritual community, and to honor the rites of passage of
life. When facing the challenging experiences of a grief process,
or a dark night of the soul, creating a private, individual
ceremony can be useful to remain grounded in your core of
spiritual truth. A memorial ceremony is an opportunity to
celebrate the life of the deceased and create bonding and
closure for family and friends.
We
gather together for celebrations created to express your values
and intentions for the joyous occasions of birth, coming of
age, Croning, wedding, a new home, and entering the wisdom
years. To navigate the thresholds of these cycles of our lives
in a conscious way, we call upon ancient wisdom to bring meaning
and purpose to our contemporary lives.
The
art of crafting a ceremony that is powerful and unique to
you and your intentions is an exciting and fulfilling way
to be in service to humankind as we all navigate the passages
of life together.
